Refer a friend, get paid!

By becoming a Tilson referral partner, you’re helping businesses you know increase their growth potential and effectiveness by using Tilson’s services. In addition to feeling good about bringing us together, you also benefit financially. For each employee at the referred company, we’ll thank you with a $100 reward!

How does it work?

When your referral becomes a Tilson client and stays with Tilson for three months, we’ll compensate you $100 per employee employed at the referred company. Either as cash, invoice credit, or a donation to a charity of your choice. All you have to do is fill out the form, and we’ll take it from there!

Once you submit your referral here, we will contact them directly. It’s probably best that you let your referral know ahead of time that we will be contacting them.

Tilson finds that a c-level contact (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO…) or Payroll, HR or Benefits director at a company is typically the decision maker for working with a partner like Tilson.

Tilson primarily serves small to medium-size companies in the following industries. Tilson takes an individualized approach to serving our clients. When in doubt, submit anyways!
