Rob Glass, John A. Bush and Scott Ingram take on new roles at leading PEO and HR solutions company
INDIANAPOLIS (December 21, 2015) – Tilson, a Greenwood-based professional employer organization (PEO) that provides human resources and benefits solutions, has hired Rob Glass as Senior Director of IT Systems and Infrastructure and promoted John A. Bush to Director of IT Development and Scott Ingram to Director of Client Services.
Glass is responsible for managing the technology and support groups that Tilson uses to serve its clients. As a former owner of an IT consulting company for more than 20 years, Glass brings to Tilson skills in computer infrastructure design and support, database design and management, and customer software development. Glass holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in electrical engineering from Purdue University.
As Director of IT Development, Bush serves as lead adviser for technology at Tilson and plays the principal role in the design, development, support and implementation of new technology-based solutions. Over his eight years at Tilson, Bush has brought a new level of data access and process flow to Tilson’s clients/employees and to the staff and organization as a whole. Working closely with Tilson’s vendor partners and with industry leaders, he has helped to evolve Tilson’s technology tools to better serve the ever-growing needs of its clients and employees. Bush has over 20 years’ experience in developing and supporting IT solutions.
Ingram supports Tilson’s organizational growth by acting as a customer liaison and ensuring that clients receive what they need and expect. He first joined Tilson in May 2014 as Account Manager and has since been promoted to Team Lead of Account Managers and now to Director of Client Services. Ingram has 20 years’ experience in the Human Resources arena, having worked with clients with one to more than 10,000 employees.
